As an estate agent we have chosen to create a unique selling matrix in order to give you a fully flexible and transparent service. We have broken down our service into three standard packages for you to choose from, however, these packages are still customisable.
We are not price or commission led, instead we simply assess how hard we believe we will have to work to sell your property. Location, condition, circumstances, desirability, accessibility and demand will all be carefully factored into our scoring system which will impact our end fixed fee.
We will, however, prepare an appraisal and advice report for each property we value that states what we believe needs to be done to aid the successful and efficient sale of your property. For example, we might recommend a lick of paint or to replace a well-worn carpet.
By choosing to follow through on any recommendations/improvements to your property we suggest, will in turn positively and relatively impact our fee…because anything you do that makes our job easier will always save you money!
